"Wow, what a find! I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm 73, have some arthritis and I've had back problems since I was in my early 20's. I've been to at least a half a dozen chiropractors, seen orthopedic doctors and have been prescribed physical therapy on a few occasions for my back. I've managed over the years using a combination of stretching, sodium naproxen 660 mg, core muscle exercise and using a back brace when it gets really bad. My back now doesn't feel borderline good. It really feels good!

I went to Dr Dijkstra after my back went out dumping grass into containers while mowing the lawn. I was walking at a 20 degree angle for about two weeks prior to my first visit. I also had a frozen shoulder which he worked on at the same time.

He spent a lot of time physically working on me and used multiple techniques per visit. He would alter the techniques based my input and what gave the best result. I think he used most of the techniques on his list He also gave me stretches and exercises to do between visits which i did religiously. Very important.

The results were slow at first but I steadily improved. I think it took about 6-8 weeks total. My back feels better than it has for many many years. I play pickle ball 3 times a week pain free, not counting aches and pains from the arthritis.

Theresa at the front desk is a sweetie. She also helps with some of the stretches he did to me. The most I've had to wait for my appointment is maybe 5-10 minutes."
